Two Jonas Brothers & Dane Cook Audition For Captain America?

When Disney bought Marvel last year they said they wouldn't be meddling with Marvel Studios formula. Which for the most part has been hiring very talented "actors" in most roles. Even with hiring Chris Hemsworth an unknown for Thor seemed okay since the supporting cast has been miles above expectations.

Now comes what seems like the first fallout of the merger. Two of the Jonas Brothers and "comic" Dane Cook are rumored to have tested for roles. This news has given me the biggest cringe factor I've had for the project. While they could be only testing for the sake of testing or even just for small roles. I'm very worried about the quality of Captain America if this is the talent pool they are looking at. I understand looking at young unknown television actors for roles. They need someone very young/new to sign their crazy multiple film contracts. What they're doing here could hurt their record of putting out quality comic book films. Ultimately killing promising Marvel franchises. Of course nothing could come of these auditions I'm sure they have most of the roles cast. It just makes you think the direction future films could be going.

*What do you think of think of Marvel testing non-actors for major roles in their films? Am I overreacting or is this a real concern for the quality of future films from Marvel Studios?
