Twitch reports a couple of final additions to the cast of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The following actors will play S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents under the command of Robert Redford's Alexander Pierce. They include the return of World Council member played by Jenny Agutter (Logan's Run, An American Werewolf In London), Chin Han (The Dark Knight), Alan Dale (Lost) and Bernard White (Matrix Revolutions).
